受託開発を主とする企業に、フルリモートで勤めている。並行して個人でも受託を受け、必要になった仕組みは小さく OSS として公開している。マンション管理会社の外部 CTO も務め、現場の DX を進めている。要件が曖昧な段階からビジネス課題を技術へ翻訳し、現場で使われ続ける形まで落とし込むのが仕事の中心にある。

Working fully remote at a contract development firm, while also taking on freelance work and releasing the tooling it needs as small open-source projects. Also serving as External CTO for a property management company, driving DX on the ground. The core of the work is translating business problems into technology from the stage where requirements are still vague, and carrying it through to something that keeps getting used in the field.

その土台は経営経験。学習塾の12年、合同会社の設立から清算まで。ツールが定着しない原因は、たいてい現場のやり方を観察せず、こちら都合で変えてしまうこと。既存の運用は崩さず、自動化だけを自然に溶け込ませる。人間中心に設計をするのが大事だと思っている。

Grounded in 12 years of business ownership from founding to liquidating an LLC. Tools fail when imposed without observing field reality. My core principle is human-centered design—automating seamlessly behind existing operations without forcing new workflows.
