高齢のオーナーは引退を見据えて現場を離れたがっていたが、経営実務が属人化したままでは動けなかった。費用の6割を占める人件費から手を付けると決め、打刻の自動化を最初の一手に選んだ。
The aging owner wanted to step back from daily operations ahead of retirement, but could not while the management work stayed tied to individuals. Labor made up 60% of expenses, so I started there and chose automated time tracking as the first move.

PC に不慣れなスタッフでも使えるよう、スマホ操作も省いて IC カードをかざすだけにした。説明なしで初日から定着し、打刻の偽装と月次の口頭確認がなくなった。これが次の相談につながった。
So that staff unused to PCs could use it, I removed even the smartphone step: they just tap an IC card. It was adopted on day one without explanation, and falsified clock-ins and monthly verbal checks went away. That led to the next requests.

相談は契約書作成の自動化や情報配信など、業務全体に広がった。現場のやり方を SaaS に置き換えず、Excel の手入力やスプレッドシート運用はそのままに、裏側へ自動化を後付けしている。制度設計から実装まで受け持つ。
Requests have since spread across the business, from contract generation to information distribution. Instead of replacing field workflows with SaaS, I keep manual Excel entry and spreadsheet operations as they are and retrofit automation behind them. I cover everything from designing policies to implementation.
